• Contributed to the design and installation of an automatic conveyor idler end cap pressing machine increasing the production line output by 5%. • Redesigned the painting spray booth thereby becoming compliant with painting fume concentration required by the Environmental Management Agency (EMA) and ISO 14001:2015 certification requirements. • Successfully delivered a USD500, 000 conveyor roller manufacturing project within three months through resource planning and backlog prioritization. • Serviced, refurbished, and designed improvement of cone crusher and jaw crusher which improved equipment availability and reliability. • Lead the team in production planning, scheduling, and execution of projects as per target goals and budgets. • Effectively managed the conveyor manufacturing plant to ensure effective utilization of resources to meet customer lead times. • Involved in customer product support for crushers and field service.
