We are on the hunt to find a banking Administrator/ Cashier to come and join a fantastic team based out of Boucher Road. You will be working alongside a team of administrators, and you will be provided with lots of support and guidance by our experienced Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop within both a dynamic as well as supportive team.

Job Summary:

The Banking Administrator/Cashier will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate banking services to customers. This individual will handle cash transactions, process deposits, and withdrawals, and assist customers with inquiries and account-related services. Additionally, the Banking Administrator/Cashier will maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations, and promote excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for supporting all bank reconciliations
  • Referencing bank remittances
  • Communicating with Business Managers in relation to payments received
  • Managing same-day requests and leasing with showrooms daily in relation to ad-hoc queries
  • Checking all necessary documentation
  • Managing cash handling as and when needed

Qualifications:

Don’t worry if you’re a newbie to the Automotive industry, we’re open to welcoming new colleagues to the sector… we can teach you everything we know! Ideally, we’re looking for individuals from either an Administration or Call Centre background who are willing to take the leap into the world of banking. If you have strong IT abilities, that’s another big tick!

We’re looking for an individual with a strong can-do attitude, organizational abilities and who can build long-lasting relationships.
