Job Description
The Senior Product Support Engineer – Crushing & Screening will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to customers who are using our company’s crushing and screening equipment. This individual will work closely with our product development team to identify and troubleshoot issues, as well as provide feedback on potential improvements to our products. Additionally, this person will collaborate with our customer support team to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues related to crushing and screening equipment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers who are using our company’s crushing and screening equipment.
- Work closely with the product development team to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Provide feedback on potential improvements to our crushing and screening equipment.
- Collaborate with our customer support team to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues related to crushing and screening equipment.
- Participate in product development and testing efforts.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with experience supporting crushing and screening equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with mining and aggregate operations is a plus.
