Senior Commercial Lawyer (Remote Role)

Job Description:

We are currently partnering with this fast growing commercial law firm to recruit a commercial lawyer at senior associate level. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of this fast growing law firm and lead on commercial advice and transactions with a UK wide and global client base. The role would suit a commercial lawyer ideally 5 + years PQE (exceptional candidates with a lower PQE will be considered. This role can be either remote or hybrid working.

The Role:

The senior commercial lawyer will lead on advising, negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial contracts to include MSA’s, NDA’s, terms of business, procurement, consultancy and technology contracts. You will also advise clients on data privacy and GDPR matters.

The Person:

You will meet the following criteria

– Qualified Solicitor – 4 + years PQE

– Previous experience working as a commercial lawyer either in-house or within a leading law firm

– Strong commercial contracts experience to include experience of negotiating and drafting a range of complex commercial contracts

– Strong negotiating and drafting skills with experience of drafting complex contracts from scratch

– Excellent communication skills with a client first approach
