Position Title: Welder-Fabricator
Location: Dungannon
Reporting to: Production Supervisor
We require driven and enthusiastic Team Members who are capable of working in a team-orientated environment where we manufacture mobile screening equipment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- In this job, you will need to understand technical plans and be capable of working out measurements
- Inspect and test cuts and joints, using precision measuring instruments
- Meet production targets while maximizing efficiency
- Ensuring the safe and controlled movement of production parts
- Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to at all times
- Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement
The Person:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organize and control daily workload
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Ability to work under pressure and be fully dependable and reliable
- Ability to use own initiative and work with minimal supervision
