Job Description: Convert information from technical offers into operations through Claims in the SAP system
and guarantee the necessary technical support to carry out the services requested by Europe, the Middle
East and North Africa; Issuance and analysis of a report on scheduled tasks in the SAP system, a report
used in the daily departmental meeting; Carry out routine management together with the Head, leading when
necessary; Monitor and ensure the correct completion of documents such as diagnosis, quality
measurements, balancing, and laboratory tests, among others; Develop, promote and monitor the
continuous improvement of the sector through kaizens; Interact continuously and effectively with the areas of
Engineering, Purchasing, Processes and PCP so that the processes meet the quality and the expected
deadline; Perform final and diagnostic reports for the technical offers team; Carry out productive and
diagnostic Claims according to what is offered and/or requested by the client; Ensure that quality checks are
carried out and recorded.

Job Description: Systematic control of the performance level of the equipment under your responsibility
(Downtime, frequency of alarms and others); Analysis of the causes of equipment failure and implementation
of corrective and preventive actions; Execution of preventive maintenance activities and correction of defects
detected during its execution; Execution of failure reports after problem resolution; Active collaboration with
process and/or equipment engineering to eliminate the root causes of product defects or risky situations in
terms of safety or the environment; Optimisation of equipment costs, related to parts, consumables and
others; Active contribution to the operations team to achieve the planned production and quality objectives.
