Miller Hospitality is seeking someone who wants to be part of an expanding well run and managed business. This role is based just outside Newry and has lots of potential, salary, and benefits are negotiable and it’s all about how you inspire the team and build upon an already successful business

responsibilities as an S&B manager:

  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and back of house operations
  • Deliver amazing service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Manage your store’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Control your store’s operational costs and manage them where necessary
  • Train new & current employees on proper customer service practices


  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about our customer service and reputation.
  • Food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
  • A good understanding of IT and working across various software.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
  • Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong financial management skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Newry: reliably commutes or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
